Stick With Me

Hello! I hope there are at least a few people out there that are still reading my little blog.  I have absolutely hated not having the ability to blog much the past month.  It's actually something that I really enjoy and it's no fun to not be able to use this outlet. But, we are back in it. We have moved back (are in the process of moving) in to our home in Asheville; our year of traveling all over the country has come to an end and we are back home. We finally got internet connected today, and we are up to our eyeballs in DIY/home reno projects. I have SO much to share with you!

October is among my most favorite months of the year.  It is probably the most beautiful month here in Asheville. The leaves are absolutely gorgeous. Orange never looks as good as it does in October. The weather is cool and crisp, every where you look you can find pumpkin-anything. It's just such a great time of year. It is the peak of fall and a true sign that things are changing. October has also been a big month of change for me personally. It's the month that my name changed 6 years ago, when John and I were married. This year it's a big month for change here on the blog. You will see a new look coming soon, a new domain name, and lots of exciting things are on their way. Like I said, we've got a ton of DIY projects in the works that I can hardly wait to share with you. I've already been sewing a ton of cute clothes for Karis for the fall season. Speaking of sewing cute clothes, I've got a big announcement in that department to come soon. Plus, I'm going to do a summer clothes round-up for you very soon. We will spend some time in the kitchen as well talking about recipes and some meal-planning. We just have so much good stuff on the horizon...and of course, there will be tons of great updates about my sweet babies.

All this is to say, thank you so much for sticking with me through a rough month. I can't wait for what's to come!
