Five on Friday

It's Friday again, which means it's time for 5 on Friday! I'm also linking up with Kelly's Korner, so feel free to hop on over to any of these other blogs and check them out. 

{ONE}

Do you do much shopping online?!? I tend to do more shopping online than actual buying...but I guess that's true about me regardless. If money were no issue, then I would probably do more actual buying.

Now that businesses have Facebook pages, it's really changed the way I do shopping, as I see deals just pop up in my feed all the time. I have to say I really like it. My favorite shops right now are all for kids clothes. And, honestly, I tend to do a lot of perusing so that I can get ideas or inspiration about outfits I would like to make for my children, but I have bought from them as well.

So cute, right?!? And so inspiring. I love them! 

{TWO} 

This sweet precious girl is turning 2 on Monday! I'd say I can hardly believe it, but I have two children now, so it's not unreasonable for one of them to be two. :) But, it does seem like time is flying in her sweet little life. I love her more than I have words to say. She is my absolutel joy...and she is so much fun! And, I know I'm biased, but is she not ridiculously beautiful. 

So, because she's my girl, and because I can, next week is Karis week on the ole' blog. It's gonna be fantastic. We had her two year pictures taken yesterday and I can hardly wait to see them. I am quite certain that our photographer got some really, really great shots. She always does. This shot above is one that she caught while we were doing Jack's newborn photo shoot a couple weeks ago. 

{THREE}

This guy is 3 weeks old! Have you caught on to how well my numbers are matching up?!? We are so in love with Jack and truly couldn't imagine life without him. And it's only been 3 weeks. (He's also already doing super-hero poses. He's very advanced.) 

{FOUR}

We are moving...again! Our time in Myrtle Beach is coming to an end. We have been here for 8 months, and we have really enjoyed it. It's been so fun to spend the summer on the beach. Although it would be more fun to spend the summer on the beach when I'm not nine months pregnant and then immediately post-partum, but you can't have it all. (I wouldn't trade being pregnant or having that sweet boy for anything in the world.) 

We have made friends here in MB and have managed to live a normal-ish life. It's been really nice and a welcome change from our time in Iowa. Although, we have moved three times in just those short 8 months that we have been here. So, yes, this next move will be our 6th place to live in the past year. Our official moving day is next Thursday. We are headed to Rome, Georgia...and we are pretty sure it's only for the month of September. This means more moves are in our future, but we are okay with that. That's our life for now. 

{FIVE}

Confession: I've been thinking about my kids' Halloween costumes since well before Jack was born. I find it to be SO much fun to make something fun, cute, and creative. This year, I get the added challenge/bonus of making two costumes, and of course, I have to make them coordinating. I'm pretty sure we've landed on an idea for what they will be, but I will save that for another day. I look so forward to getting started on those projects. Until then, I will give you a reminder of my little owl from last year. She was so cute!
