How Far Along: 29 Weeks

Size of baby: Squash

Maternity Clothes: Maternity pants, but other than that everything else is normal.

Gender: It's a baby GIRL!!! Karis Ansleigh Williamson

Movement: Yes...all the time!
Sleep: I wake up every time I turn over...and have to go to the bathroom every night. I guess it's just getting me ready for when she comes.
What I Miss: Sleeping on my back...and it's uncomfortable to pick things up off the floor. :)

Cravings: Orange juice.

Symptoms: Feeling good!

Best Moment this Week: We got some more baby stuff today!

Baby's now the size of a squash!
Baby's energy is surging, thanks to white fat depositing beneath her skin. And since she's growing so fast (weight will triple by birth), things are getting kind of cramped in the womb. What all this means for you: Get ready for some more kicks and jabs to the ribs.

I meant to take another picture, but we forgot to do that. I am so glad that last week is over with. I'm pretty sure it's the busiest week I've had since I started to work at CFA. In addition to my normal weekly schedule, I worked Tuesday night, Thursday night, Friday night and Saturday. On Sunday we had to make up for being so busy during the week, which meant grocery shopping and 5 loads of laundry; I made a new batch of granola and some banana bread. We decided to have some fun in the afternoon so John and I went to see Pirates. It was nice to take a break. John was off of work today, and since I'm working some on Saturday, I took a half day today. We made some progress with getting some things for our baby girl. We got our travel system and a high chair. When we got home from running errands, our first order of cloth diapers had arrived at the house. It's so fun to have baby things around the house. :)
